Paramount Construction

I’ve worked at Paramount Construction since June 2008 and continue to work there today as head web developer and Google Adwords/Search Engine Optimization consultant. In the past I’ve had an assistant web developer working under me; I assigned and managed his daily tasks which were mostly related to setting up domains.

I’ve developed and continue to maintain many different projects owned by Paramount Construction. I’ve managed Google Adwords campaigns, created and designed their homepage as well as their blog, setup and designed subsidiary companies websites (builderdc.com, architectdc.com, luxuryhomebuildersva.com, bethesdagreenbuilder.com, mcleancustomhomes.net, and chevychaseremodel.com – just to name a few). One of the most important projects was their custom home portfolio managed by a custom content management system and administration panel; all of which I programmed in PHP and developed using a MySQL back end.

This portfolio page dynamically displays projects pulled from a MySQL database. Each project can be managed through an easy to use custom made administration page.

This is a new home project inside the portfolio. Each project's photos are pulled dynamically from a database. Photos can be categorized, added, removed, ordered, and edited through a custom admin page.

I programmed this page to allow registered users to add home construction projects to the portfolio page. After creation, the user will be prompted to upload photos to the new project.

Users can edit portfolio projects stored in a database on this page changing the name, description, location, and job type.

This is the portfolio main page viewed from an administrators perspective. Projects can be ordered, (de)activated, and described with captions accordingly.

Administrators can upload photos to the new home portfolio project of their choosing. I programmed this page to allow multiple uploads to be done simultaneously.

Photos displayed dynamically in the portfolio can be categorized so they can be sorted and viewed more conveniently. This page allows users to add and manage those photo categories.

This page dynamically displays home floorplans pulled from a MySQL database. Each floorplan is easily managed from a custom admin page that I programmed.

Users can add floorplans to the database so they display on the site dynamically - uploading photos and customizing names and descriptions.

Here site users can edit floorplans previously added to their database. Floorplan names, descriptions, photos, and job associations are easily edited on this page.

One of my most important tasks at Paramount Construction is Search Engine Optimization consultation. Through my programming, social networking, and search engine optimization expertise, Paramount Construction and it’s affiliate websites have come to dominate Google and other search engines on many important key phrases. We use over 900 domains, hundreds of WordPress blogs, tons of unique content, customized WordPress plugins, and great coding among other things to dominate key phrases such as “home plans Mclean”, “home builder Chevy Chase”, and “Bethesda home architect”. We are also at the top of Google's search engine results for the key phrase "home plans Mclean" with multiple listings.

For the phrase "Bethesda home architect", Paramount Construction and it's affiliate websites occupy 6 of the first 9 results in Google. Amazing!

For the key phrase "home builder Rockville", Paramount Construction is at the very top of the first page on Google.
