Atdusk Photography

At Dusk Photography is a photography business specializing in wedding photography in Sydney Australia. The owner, Chris, and I discussed search engine optimization techniques that might bring his photography business to the first page of Google. Of course I was happy to help him out.

The first thing I did was do keyword research going deep in to the photography market in Sydney Australia. Then I corrected HTML errors on the site, improved the link flow, spiced up title tags and alt tags with keywords taken from my research, add other missing HTML tags, and finally rewrote all his meta title, meta description, and meta keyword tags. Below are some screenshots of the website and most importantly, my keyword research.

The most important part of any SEO project is the keyword research. This shows which keywords are too competitive, not competitive enough, and which are just right.

Extensive SEO was done on the home page. The footer was added to improve link flow.

This is the At Dusk wedding page. I added H1 and H2 with image backgrounds to flow seamlessly with the existing layout.
