Custom Contact Forms is a free WordPress plugin created with PHP, Javascript, JQuery, and MySQL that I developed for fun in my spare time. Custom Contact Forms is the most customizable contact form for WordPress, hands down. It has been downloaded over 10,000 times and is used on thousands of websites today. Custom Contact Forms is really my masterpiece of web development. It is packed with more features than I can really describe here.
